My intended resoultion is 1360X768

your processor may bottleneck and i am basing this on the assumption are are running windows 7 64 bit with 4 gigs of ram or windows 7 32 bit with 3 gigs of ram

yes you should be able to get somewhere around 25+ fps easily at that resolution. assuming you have at least 3gb of Ram
