Yes. If my memory is correct, the min frame-rate at 1600x1200 is 15 fps at all high settings. Ideally, you want a min 20 to not notice any slow down. In this case, 15 is close enough. You might notice some, but still very playable.



Side Note: You cannot rely on average frame rates. The game could slow down to 2 fps at some point in the test. Your eyes would see it as slow down. At other points in the test, the fps could be 120 which your eyes won't notice. The human eye max out at 60 fps for most people.
